In light of the current situation in Canberra, we are going to be doing things a little differently at The Clinic for the next little while.

We reopen our clinic on the 20th of October and as per the ACT health guidelines we must follow and observe the following guidelines:

COVID-19 Policy for The Clinic Skin Health - for keeping us all safe:

1. If you have any symptoms or have been to an exposure location please do not enter the clinic - contact us to rearrange your appointment.

2. Please wait in your car until your designated appointment time. Due to decreased numbers allowed in to our space we cannot have any cross over with our customers.

3. Please let us know in three days in advance if you wish to purchase skincare- this is so we can have it packaged up and ready for your appointment. This will allow us a smooth exit and ensure we do not have any crossover for our maximum number of clients.

4. Apologies, but we cannot allow any accompanying people into our clinic with you at this time due to our capped number restrictions.

5. Masks and use of hand sanitiser are mandatory on entry to the clinic.

6. We will perform temperature checks on every gust entering. If you have a temperature that is above 37.5C this will mean we will need to reschedule your appointment.

7. If you are unwell, have recently returned from overseas travel, travelled in or around a current COVID-19 hotspot, or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19, please reschedule, even in the absence of symptoms.

8. Finally, as much as we absolutely love to see you currently we cannot facilitate drop ins for purchasing - we are always here to help but please call ahead to arrange a collection time. You may also wish to place a purchase order via the website for a contactless pickup or delivery to your door.
