It all begins with a consultation. The Clinic Skin Health is unable to accommodate any clinical treatments without a prior skin consultation. During this time we take a very thorough history of your skin and establish your skin concerns and goals. Here at the clinic we pride ourselves in treating the skin condition at the root cause instead of the symptom. If you would like to have one of our bespoke facials or LED light therapy a consultation is not required however for all other treatments we do require this, this is to ensure you get the MOST out of the treatment & it is the correct treatment for you.

We understand life happens however we do have a booking policy. We require at least 48 hours notice to a change or cancellation of a booking. Unfortunately due to the nature and demand of our services, cancellations within the 48 hours prior to your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.

We accept all major credit cards, AMEX, cash and Afterpay. Please note we have a tap surcharge and credit surcharge of 1.9%.

Yes, we have a range of treatments you can still enjoy while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please let your clinician know at the time of booking or at the appointment. Our products can also still be used when pregnant or breastfeeding, we have entire ranges for this.

No. We do not ofr skin cnacer checks here in the clinic however once your skin has been checked we are able to remove minor lesions.
